Mille Onde is a C&C 36, which are famous racer/cruisers enjoyed by Club racers everywhere. The primary winches are oversize Barient self-tailors for easy short-handed sailing.
The spar is a double spreader C&C mast with rod rigging. Upgraded with a Schaeffer roller furling unit. All the running rigging is newer Dacron double braid. Full spinnaker gear is included including the pole. Inside, Mille Onde sports a classic, time-proven layout with a large salon featuring port & starboard facing settees.
The port side converts to a large double with a filler cushion for comfort. Aft of the settee on port is the galley. The sink is on the island near centerline.
The chart table / navigation station is to starboard of the companionway, with easy access to the cockpit. The navigator sits on the forward edge of the double sized pilot berth.
Forward of the bulkhead port-side is the head. The 36 has a fiberglass lined head compartment for easy maintenance. A large hanging locker is starboard.
The forward cabin sleeps two and has a big overhead deck hatch for ventilation or star-gazing on moonless nights in Catalina’s waters.
C&C yachts always have had nice galleys. Mille Onde is no different: Featuring a U-shaped arrangement with a gimballed Hillerange propane stove & oven. She has a very large top-load refer with an Adler Barbour "cold machine" refrigeration unit. The sink is deep and supplied by a new Flo-Jet water pump.
She is ready for our regattas, daysails and trips to Catalina.
